We have kept this site informal, and jargon free.  We expect you’re busy but you clearly have a reason to be searching for telephone systems suppliers so we want to let you know exactly what we do, so you can make a decision as to whether you need to contact us.

What are you looking for in an Office Telephone System?

The phone systems we offer, are feature rich.  However, I promised not to bamboozle you so here are a selection of the basic features most clients look for in a PBX.

  • Reliability – This is most important of course.
  • Value for Money – This is a nice to have.
  • Ability to Transfer Calls – Essential.
  • Multiple Lines Supported – Essential for the growing business.
  • Voicemail – Handy, even if only for after hours.
  • Quality, Robust Handsets

So they are the basics most people want from a phone system.  I am pleased to say all of our office telephone systems offer these benefits.

Now, I don’t want to ‘blind you with science‘ but all our systems come with a myriad of additional features / benefits as standard – no extra charge.  Here is a list of what you get, please don’t let these advanced features frighten you off – you don’t have to use them.

  •  Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
  • Call Recording – Either every call is recorded or you can press a button to begin recording selected calls.
  • Follow Me – You can have your phone ring a few times before trying you on your mobile or some other number if not answered.
  • Voicemail – You may opt for a single mailbox, checked by the office manager / receptionist or each person can have their own personal voicemail box.
  • Voicemail to Email – Your voicemails can be delivered to your email box as an mp3 file attachment.
  • Remote Extensions – Our phone systems support remote users. It is possible to have a phone or phones at a remote location yet still be part of the same telephone system.
  • Pickup Groups – Anyone can pick up a ringing phone from their own handset.
  • Call Groups – We can give an extension that rings on a group of phones.
  • DDI – You may have several telephone numbers that are router to different people or call groups within your organisation.
  • Remote Support – Should you require assistance, we can connect to your phone system remotely thereby negating the need for you to have an engineer physically come to your office. This reduces support costs.
  • Buy or Lease – the choice is yours. (Get a Quote)
  • Ad-Hoc support as and when it is needed or a monthly support contract with SLA’s that covers everything, the choice is yours.
  • Multiple Connection Types – Regardless of whether you use Analogue, ISDN2 or ISDN30 telephone lines, our systems support them all.
  • Call Reporting – View call usage through a Web interface or export to Excel.  There are many different types of report.  Easily see who made or received the most calls, how many calls where made, average duration, longest calls, busiest time of day and so on.  Great information like me, you love to analyse statistics!
  • FAX‘ing – Your new phone system can receive your faxes and convert them to email. Saving you money on paper and ink! It also offers a way for you to send faxes from your PC without needing to print the page and fax it.

Remember, any or all of the advance features can be disabled. You don’t have to use them and they are not costing you any more. All our systems come with all the features as standard.

In addition to all of the above, our systems work with a wide range of telephone handsets from various manufacturers.  This way you are not tied to a particular brand.  You can choose your handset based on quality, value, features and even how it looks.
